Prior to joining OIM, he was a Deputy Vice President at HDFC Bank and has held key investment roles at Kotak Mahindra AMC (Private Credit) and Arka Fincap Limited, wherein he was instrumental in closing debt transactions exceeding ₹60 Bn, covering greenfield capex, operational assets, and structured finance mandates

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics

7+ years of investment experience with Arka and CapitaLand.

Key member of Arka Credit Fund, managed setup, investments, and exit.

Expertise in evaluation, due diligence, structuring, and asset management across private credit and data centers.

She has over 3 years of experience in debt syndication, with expertise across various debt products.

Previously worked with Arka Fincap and AK Capital, where she was involved in evaluating credit opportunities, preparing transaction structures, and executing debt syndication mandates.

She holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Experience - 3+ years of experience on the legal side of asset management in India, focusing on assisting fund managers with fund structuring and the legal aspects of investment funds and regulatory compliance. Also advised institutional investors on bespoke rights in relation to their investments in funds.

With over 15 years of experience in AIF and mutual fund operations, Sunil brings strong expertise in investor servicing, compliance, and regulatory reporting.

He also holds professional certifications from NISM and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), reinforcing his domain expertise.
